Mark VanDeventer is a third generation new home builder with over 20 years in the building industry. As an active member of local, state, and national home builders' associations, Mark is dedicated to staying current on issues that impact the new home building industry and offering that knowledge to his clientele.

Mark enjoys time spent with clients creating their plans and guiding them through the often extensive specifications. Mark's hands-on approach to each stage of the project encourages communication so that questions can be answered and changes handled immediately. The personal touch is a LandMarc priority.
